We will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email to confirm your property listing. After we talk, and you choose how you want your property to be marketed, we will immediately make your property details available to buyers on the internet and in our sales offices. You will choose one of the following plans.
Standard Commission plan	Pay nothing now and pay a low, locally competitive commission when your property is sold or rented out. With this option you agree to our sales contract on-line and we physically bring interested buyers to see your property.

Listing Only plan	Pay 15 AZN after we contact you and pay NOTHING later when your property sells or rents. With this option on-line and in-office buyers are presented with your contact information and buyers contact you directly to view your property.

Agent or Real Estate Company Listings

We would be happy to help you sell or rent your properties on our internet site and in our offices. There are many potential models we can use to work with each other and you know best which model would most benefit your company. Here are the standard models:

You list your properties on our internet site by the 10's, 100's or even 1000's. When a customer views one of your listings the customer sees your company's name, contact information and logo. Buyers come directly to you.

You list your properties under the Good Neighbor name and when we have buyers who are interested in your property we conduct a joint showing of the property along with your representative and seller and split proceeds from the transaction.
